Refund & Return

We want all our customers to be satisfied with the products they have ordered.  However if you are not happy with the product you have received or simply have changed your mind, you can return  the item within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please include as many details as possible including your Order ID as well as a picture if there are any faults on the products.

Please check your items thoroughly and notify us of any faults within 24 hours of receiving the products.   We advise that you contact customer service before returning the goods which will enable us to process your return efficiently.   

We will refund most items (excluding sale items) provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging with all appropriate labels and tags intact within 14 days of receipt.  Please note that posting and packaging charges will not be refunded.  

Products must be in its original packaging, unused with all tags and labels intact.  We carefully check all our products before they are dispatched.  We advise that you take care when trying on the items and avoid wearing makeup and perfumes.  Any items returned damaged (makeup marks or scent on them ) will not be refunded under any circumstances.  

Please ensure your returns form is completed in full and any supporting information written on a separate sheet of paper and enclosed in the parcel. If you have misplaced your return form, you can download one from our website by clicking here Return Form

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items being returned back to us are adequately packaged and labelled. Post your parcel to:- Rimi Fashion, Returns Department, PO BOX 506, Swansea, SA1 9QB. You can return your goods via a Post Office using second class recorded delivery for parcels less than 1kg in weight, thereafter first class recorded, or as advised by the Post Office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We are not responsible for any lost return packages.

Please ensure that you retain the postage receipt and obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned goods. As we cannot accept any liability of items until they have been received in full by our offices.

We are unable to provide a free returns service, and therefore all return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. If you return an item to us outside of the terms and conditions of our return policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you.

Refunds are processed within 28 days of receipt of any returns, and can only be issued via the original payment method. If there is an issue where a refund has not been received please call our customer care on 01792 201020 or email us at
