Q: How can I buy at Rimi Fashion?
A: You can place your order on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week, you have to choose one or more of our available products and buy them using our online purchase system. You can also place your order via telephone by contacting our customer service team.
Q: How do I know what size I need to order?
A: Please view our size chart and choose the closest size to your measurement. Please note that all measurements are approximate.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A : We accept one of the following payment methods: Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) + PayPal. We satisfy all security standards when it comes to the data you provide us. All your information is going to be secure and safe at all times. We don’t store any of your banking information supplied during the purchase of any of our products. To process your order, your data is going to be encrypted and sent safely through our payment gateway (Stripe), which meets the most advanced security standards and is in charge of completing the transaction with your bank. All payments on www.rimifashion.co.uk are via a secure SSL encrypted server.
Q: What do I need to know when I pay with credit card?
A: The shipping address must be the same address as the registered address of the credit card. We don’t accept shipping address changes when paying with credit card.
Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation or delivery confirmation email. What should I do?
A: We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It’s possible this could have gone to your junk email folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at 01792 201020 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.
Q: How do I cancel/ change my order or edit my address after my order has been placed?
A: Please call us immediately on 01792 201020, during our business hours of 10am-3pm, Monday-Saturday. We cannot cancel or change orders by email. However, we are unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched then the returns procedure will need to be followed.
Q: How can I return a product?
A: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return them back please contact our customer service first. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery (excluding sale items). All products must be in a good unused condition and still in the original packaging. Postage and packaging charges can not be refunded as well as the shipping charge for the return of the goods to us. Please reference our Return/ Refund Policy tab for more information.
Q: How can I find out the status of my return or exchange?
A: Generally, returns and exchanges take 7 working days to be processed. We do not know whether your package is received by our warehouse until it is processed. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number in order to track its delivery date. Once your return / exchange has been processed you will be emailed a confirmation email.
Q: Can I return sale items?
A: Only regular priced items are liable for returns, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Unless a faulty item is received, in which case a full refund or exchange will be applied.
Q: Which International Countries do you ship to?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping as standard at the moment. If you would like to place an order please contact our customer service team for more details.
Q: How can I request an invoice?
A: In case you want to receive a copy invoice, contact us at email@example.com. Don’t forget to include your order number, so we can find your order much faster and make out the correct invoice.
