Delivery Information (Delivery Policy)
Our standard delivery is charged at £3.99 per order which covers England, Wales, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 17:00, this excludes Bank Holidays. Next day and Weekend delivery is available at extra cost.
Your order will be dispatched ASAP and will be delivered within 3-5 working days once it has been dispatched. However, it may take longer during busy periods. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Service Team on: email@example.com or 01792 201020.
Please note that a signature is required when your order is been delivered by our courier service. The signature is the proof that the delivery has been received by yourself or someone at the address you provided on your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery then our courier service will leave a calling card to advise that delivery was attempted. If the calling card is left it is the responsibility of the customer to rearrange the delivery or collect the parcel. Please follow the instructions on the calling card. Please note that our courier company will attempt to deliver your order a few times and if it is still unsuccessful then the parcel will be returned to us. There may be additional postage charges applied for further re-deliveries.
Additional Delivery Options:
Timed delivery, next working day and Saturday delivery options is available at extra cost for orders placed before 2pm. (Excludes Bank Holidays) The additional delivery options are available to certain areas within UK and can be delivered if the address and contact details are correct also all the items ordered are in stock. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more details.

Duty and VAT
All orders dispatched to non-EU countries are subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country. All applicable duties fees and additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

All items are subject to availability, if we are unable to supply the products we will contact you as soon as possible. Full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products.
All measurements given are approximate as all our dresses are handmade.
Due to photography and printing processes the items may vary slightly in colour and pattern.
As some of the items are hand embroidered the styles may vary slightly, any displacements of the stones, sequins and beads cannot be deemed defective but it is caused by the nature of delicate work also the items will be fragile in their usage and need to be worn with care.
Due to the hand dying method that are used the colours are not guaranteed.
All care has been taken to ensure that the product description, price and specification are correct at the time of going to the press however specification and details may change.
All items are DRY CLEAN ONLY
If the parcel is damaged or has been tempered with please do not accept the delivery from the courier. If delivery has been accepted then Rimi Fashion will not be liable for the damage.
If any parcel is missing or items are missing please contact our customer service immediately. All packaging must be kept in-case claims need to be made with the courier company.
If the goods are lost or damaged by our courier in transit then we will arrange for refund or replacements.
Rimi Fashion will not be liable for any losses or damage you may suffer, all the risk in the product including damage will pass onto you on delivery of the products to the address you specify in your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they give us the correct delivery address and contact details, Rimi Fashion will not be liable for any delayed delivery due to this issue including timed delivery or next day delivery.
We will not be liable if the delivery is delayed or failure to deliver the product due to unavoidable circumstances such as adverse weather condition, strikes or transport problems.
